To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Business Customers

Everard Group Limited supplies products primarily to trade and business customers. The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies only where required by applicable consumer protection legislation and does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
