Phase 1 at BMW / MINI Coventry marks the completion of a new bodyshop facility, delivered by Everard on behalf of Sytner Group as part of a wider multi-phase project. This phase represents the most significant stage of the development, establishing a fully equipped environment for cosmetic repair and preparation, alongside the integration of key workshop services throughout the space.
Core bodyshop equipment and systems include:
- 3 × Rotary SPOA3TE 2-post lifts
- 1 × Maha TWIN F IV 3.5 A 3500kg scissor lift
- 4 × Everard MR35 mid-rise scissor lifts with telescopic platform extensions (suitable for BMW iX range)
- Everard Aqua Wheel Blast Pro 1200 wet blast unit
- Relocation of existing tyre equipment
- Relocation of dust extraction system with new ductwork and 5 drop points
- Nederman exhaust extraction system within the cosmetic repair area
- Compressed air system linked to existing infrastructure
- Water dispensing system extension to cosmetic repair area
- Relocation of HPC SK25 compressor
- 6 × Rousseau dual cosmetic cabinets (including and excluding reel cabinets)
- 13 × five-drawer mobile toolboxes
- 7 × Rousseau metal compact single valet stations
- Bridgehill fire blanket with storage cabinet
