Returns
Sometimes mistakes happen, and should an issue unfortunately arise with a damaged or incorrect item, we ask you to inform us and we'll advise what the best course of action is.
We may advise the best option is to return your order, this is only suitable if the order has been delivered in the last 28 days, is not damaged by the customer, and is in as new condition.
All equipment returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, whilst all consumable or part returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Everard Group Limited are not responsible for return shipping.
Products that are returned that do not meet these conditions may be returned back to you at your cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Everard Group Limited of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by using the withdrawal request form available on our website or by contacting us directly.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer's specification, clearly personalised products, goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, or any other products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Everard Group Limited primarily supplies products to trade and business customers. The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies only where required by applicable consumer protection legislation and does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
