BMW / MINI Wollaston has recently reopened its doors, moving back into a fully redeveloped site on Bedford Road following a period in temporary accommodation. The redevelopment marks a significant upgrade to the facility, bringing the workshop back into a purpose-built environment designed to support day-to-day operations.
Everard were appointed to deliver a complete workshop installation, making this one of our most significant projects of the year.
The installation delivers a fully equipped 19-bay workshop, centred around a combination of MAHA in-ground lifts and scissor lifts, alongside a dedicated wheel alignment system to support a complete service environment.
A full MOT bay has been incorporated within the workshop, featuring an ATL Class 4 roller brake tester, headlight aligner and combi emissions analyser, providing complete testing capability on site.
Tyre and wheel equipment includes a Hunter leverless tyre changer, Road Force diagnostic balancer and KDS wheel alignment system, supporting accurate diagnostics and efficient workflow across the workshop.
Workshop services have been fully integrated throughout, including bulk oil and fluid management systems with multiple dispensing points, waste oil handling, and a workshop-wide compressed air system supported by a compressor, dryer and receiver package. A water dispensing system and exhaust extraction system have also been installed.
The workshop is completed with dual shift-ready Rousseau workstations across all bays, alongside a dedicated low-level workstation, creating a practical and organised working environment for technicians.
Our thanks go to the team at BMW / MINI Wollaston for their support throughout the project. We wish them every success as they begin operations in their newly redeveloped facility.
