We've just completed a full workshop installation at Dick Lovett BMW & MINI Hungerford, turning the site into a modern aftersales facility built around brand-approved equipment and an efficient layout for the technicians.
The workshop is built around twelve in-ground MAHA cassette lifts, made in Germany and set flush into the floor for clean drive-on access, with a recessed Everard MR35 lift in the tyre bay. A full Class 4 MOT lane sits alongside, with a MAHA scissor lift, Energotest roller brake tester and Premier emissions analyser.
Wheel alignment runs on a Hunter KDS II BMW Elite aligner with a BMW ACC calibration rig, and tyre work is handled by a Hunter TCX57 leverless changer. Behind the scenes we installed the oil, compressed air and exhaust extraction systems, finishing the bays with Rousseau workstations throughout.
A significant redevelopment project has transformed the facility into a modern workshop ready to support future growth.
