A major redevelopment project at Porsche Centre Wilmslow has now been completed on behalf of Lithia UK, transforming the existing facility into a modern workshop environment designed to support the future of Porsche aftersales operations.

The project formed part of a wider site redevelopment and presented a number of unique challenges throughout the build programme. Working alongside the wider project team, Everard delivered a complete workshop fit-out including new vehicle lifts, workshop infrastructure, tyre equipment, technician workstations, and specialist storage solutions throughout the facility.

At the heart of the workshop, a combination of Rotary two-post lifts and MAHA scissor lifts were installed to support day-to-day servicing operations, alongside a new wheel alignment bay equipped with a Rotary alignment lift and tread depth and wheel alignment inspection technology integrated into the service lanes.

Supporting infrastructure included the installation of bulk oil systems, waste oil management, compressed air distribution, and exhaust extraction throughout the workshop, helping create an efficient working environment for technicians across the site.

The workshop was further enhanced with Rousseau workstation systems, specialist tool storage, repair benches, and chemical storage cabinets, providing organised workspaces designed around technician workflow and productivity.

The tyre bay was equipped with a Hunter TCX70 automatic leverless tyre changer and Hunter Road Force balancer, with Everard also providing two full days of on-site training for technicians and apprentices to ensure the team could maximise the benefits of the new equipment from day one.

The redevelopment has delivered a significantly enhanced workshop environment, combining modern servicing equipment, improved technician workspaces, and the infrastructure required to support the next generation of vehicle servicing.

We'd like to thank Lithia UK and everyone involved in bringing the project to completion. From initial planning through to final handover, the collaboration across all parties has been exceptional, and we're proud to have contributed to another successful redevelopment.
