How Does BODYGUARD® Work?
When a vehicle enters your premises, BODYGUARD® immediately springs into action:
Vehicle recording
14 ultra-high-definition cameras record a 360° video from different angles, complete with integrated lighting to ensure every detail is visible.
Organising records
Each video is automatically stored, with the footage immediately available and stamped with the registration number, date, and time. Each record is securely stored in cloud storage, easily accessible through a password protected online portal.
AI Automatic Damage Detection
The AI subscription service reviews each image for damage, seamlessly highlighting vehicles with defects. Any flags are recorded and can be reviewed further ready for vehicle checks or quoting.

The BODYGUARD camera system has just gained even more features with the latest PLUS model.
Advanced AI integration with BODYGUARD ADI (Automatic Damage Identification) software, reduces the chance of human error, and flags up damage on the side or wheels of the vehicle.
The latest generation of LED lighting on the PLUS is double panelled, giving more light on the vehicle to provide more detail, now with optional diagonal lighting, overhead lighting and cameras, and even auxiliary lighting, for a fully comprehensive view of any passenger vehicle.
The overhead camera and lighting kit ensures that even the smallest amount of damage to door pillar tops and vehicle roofs is not missed.
The underbody camera upgrade kit allows inspection of the chassis, exhaust and drivetrain components without any further time taken. This is a separate kit and will be available Q2 2026.
Available in both indoor and outdoor configurations, you can safeguard your workshop against fraudulent damage claims regardless of the site setup.
