

We were trusted to deliver a major project at Porsche Centre Chester, creating a purpose-built Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) facility on behalf of Sytner.
The facility acts as the final stage before vehicle handover, supporting the full preparation process to ensure every car meets the standards expected of the Porsche brand. Designed to bring everything under one roof, it provides a dedicated, high-spec environment for vehicle preparation at scale.
At the heart of the facility, a combination of Rotary two-post lifts, MAHA scissor lifts, and Everard mid-rise lifts were installed to support the full PDI process. This included ten Rotary SPOA3TE lifts alongside multiple MR30 units and a MAHA DUO ATL Class 4 scissor lift, enhanced with a flush floor levelling system to improve access and reduce trip hazards.
Supporting this, the workshop was equipped with a complete infrastructure setup, including bulk oil and waste oil systems, compressed air, water dispensing, and Nederman exhaust extraction. Tyre and alignment equipment was also installed, including a Hunter Elite TD wheel aligner with a MAHA alignment lift, alongside a TCX70 Pro tyre changer and Road Force balancer.
Inspection and finishing were key elements of the facility, with the installation of a full BODYGUARD system featuring 4K cameras, ANPR, and automated reporting. Additional areas were equipped for cosmetic repair and final preparation, including spray booth lifts, wheel finishing equipment, and dedicated valet workstations, supported by Rousseau workshop furniture throughout.
This project stands as one of the largest delivered this year, requiring careful coordination across multiple phases while the site remained operational throughout.
